The Reggio Emilia Hostel (Student's Hostel della Ghiara) offers two different booking methods, depending on the type of guest:

• individual bookings
• group bookings

We invite you to carefully read the section corresponding to your needs.

INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS

Individual bookings (single guests, couples, or small family units) must be made exclusively online through our official booking system.

Online booking: BOOK NOW

Through the booking system it is possible to:

1. check real-time availability
2. view prices and room types
3. complete the booking quickly and securely
4. Individual bookings are not handled via email or phone.

GROUP BOOKINGS

Group bookings (schools, associations, sports teams, organized groups) are handled through a dedicated procedure.

How to send a booking request

The request can be made:

• by phone by calling +39 0522 45 23 23
• by email by writing to info@ostelloferrara.it, specifying the subject “Booking request”
• through the dedicated request form

Validity of the request

Booking requests are valid for 3 days.
After this period, if not confirmed, they will be automatically cancelled.

Booking confirmation

The booking must be confirmed by a bank transfer equal to 30% of the total stay amount.

Before making the bank transfer, it is necessary to send a request email.

You will receive all the necessary information in our reply email.

The balance of the total stay amount must be paid upon arrival at the Hostel and can be made:
